How you can train

One to one

Private

55 minutes, entirely yours. In the downtown studio, on the reformer and the mat.

Two of you

Duet

The same session shared with a friend or partner. Cheaper each, and good company.

Your place or a screen

In home and online

She comes to you, or you train live over video. Same attention either way.

The room

A full apparatus studio

Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels, in a bright brick room downtown. Because sessions are one to one, the whole room is available to your session rather than a class of twelve.

In her own words
“Modelling introduced me to Pilates. Long ago I needed something to help keep me ‘New York skinny’. Hot yoga was suggested, from there I jumped into mat Pilates. Here I am in the future, I now teach Reformer Pilates and of course Matwork that started it all for me.”

One to one

Someone is actually watching

In a class of twelve nobody sees your left hip drop. In a private session that is the whole point. Cues, hands on the work, and the exercise changed on the spot when your body says something different to the plan.

Questions people actually ask

I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?

Most people start on the reformer. The springs support you while you learn the movement, which makes it easier to learn on than the mat.

How much is a private session?

110 dollars plus HST for 55 minutes in the studio. Five sessions are 525, ten are 1,100. In home is 125, online is 85. Full prices.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in, and grip socks. Nothing baggy, so your alignment is visible.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours. Packages expire after three months.

Can I train with an injury, or when pregnant?

Tell her when you book. Sessions are one to one, so the work is adapted to what your body needs that day.
